The vision of the Hindi Department is to ensure that every student gets values oriented education to realise good dreams of better future. At present in this era of globalization, especially Hindi literature includes human value in every student which has become essential for the development of good human being.
Department of Hindi, is committed to develop an academic environment oriented towards rational thinking, moral values and composite culture in terms of Hindi language and Literature. Our courses are designed to prepare young generation well-versed in Hindi language and literature in all its branches.
The Hindi Department offer B.A. Hindi at undergraduate level having Hindi as Major/Minor/Compulsory subjects. The main objectives of the courses are to give the appropriate knowledge and develop the understanding of Hindi language as well as Hindi literature in total. The main courses of Hindi literature aim are to prove the knowledge to understand the history of Hindi literature as well as special references of Hindi prose and poetry.
In near future the department also intends to offer M.A Hindi. Research and co-curricular activities is regular feature of the department. We look forward to welcome young minds which would be nurtured to change the landscape.
