Scholarship Schemes All scholarship applications have been provided through the online mode. The Department of Higher Education, Himachal Pradesh has launched e-pass (Electronic Payment and Application 17 System of Scholarships) Software, a project for the online system of scholarships for Himachal Pradesh.
