The Cell is dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of the entire college community – students, faculty, and staff – in the face of various potential hazards. Its core purpose is to proactively prepare for, effectively respond to, and efficiently recover from natural or man-made disasters, thereby minimizing loss of life, injury, and property damage.
