All staff members of Government College Nerwa are bound by and strictly adhere to the

- Vishaka Guidelines and related provisions under the Sexual Harassment of Women at
Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013
- POCSO Act (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012) for ensuring
the safety and protection of minors on campus
- Code of Conduct for Government Servants, as prescribed by the Government of
Himachal Pradesh
- UGC Regulations on Professional Ethics and Model Code of Conduct for Teachers
and Higher Education Institutions
The college has functional statutory bodies such as the Internal Complaints Committee,
Anti-Ragging Cell, and Grievance Redressal Cell to address violations, ensure justice, and
maintain institutional discipline.
